Christian Couple Released in Somaliland

A Christian couple held in jail since January under charges of “apostasy” were released today, according to Middle East Concern.
A court dismissed all charges against Mohamed and Hamdi who were accused of “spreading Christianity”. The couple and others were arrested after a series of raids in January and February.
This may lead to unrest in Somaliland where the senate is considering applying Sharia law against apostasy.
